Graphic Designer

Isabella Fortson (she/her)

Isabella is a rising Junior and Teamkit's graphic designer. She has been an avid participant in the neurodiverse community from birth, due to her older brother who is on the Autism Spectrum. In her free time Isabella enjoys expressing herself through art and playing tennis.

Faith Lee

Faith is a rising senior at Crescenta Valley High School and is mananging the social media for the Teamkits project. She has many neurodiverse friends which had prompted her to participate in this program. During her free time she likes to bake and spend time with her family.

Irene Lee (she/her)

Irene is a rising junior and worked on parts of the Teamkit website. She has been interested in neuroscience and exploring neurodiversity in her community. She also enjoys listening to music and playing soccer.

Content Writer 

Diya Menon

Diya Menon is a rising sophomore and one of Teamkit’s content writers. Though she is not neurodivergent herself, she has close family and friends who have talked to her about their experiences with neurodivergence. In her free time Diya enjoys playing piano and hanging out with her friends.

Jeremy Park (he/him)

Jeremy Park is a senior at Bellarmine college Preparatory and has been working on the tech/website for the Teamkits project. He became involved in his exploration of neurodiversity through a non-profit service organization called Friends Hand In Hand (FHIH). His hobbies are running, origami, and sculpting/ceramics.

Jennie Wang

Jennie Wang is a senior at Mission San Jose High School and helps manage Team Kit’s social media and content writing. Her contributions towards the neurodiverse community began through her volunteer efforts at non-profit Friends of Children with Special Needs. In her free time, she enjoys writing, photography, and violin.

Content Writer

Jerry Yang (any pronouns)

Jerry Yang is 11th grader in Bay Area. He is genderfluid and was diagnosed with autism and ADHD when he was 2 years old. Jerry is passionate with contribute to this project because he wants a way to make the difficult lives of neurodivergent people, including himself and many of his peers and relatives, easier. Many of Jerry's hobbies include math, computer science, socializing with friends on discord, and memes.

Ayleen Zavala (she/her)

Ayleen is a rising sophomore in California and is a graphic designer for the Teamkits project. She is diagnosed with ADHD and has multiple neurodiverse family members. She feels a strong passion towards neurodiverse advocacy and awareness. She enjoys drawing and listening to music in her free time.
